DON WOODEN – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wooden began his career growing several regional operations for some of the leading national and international Fortune 500 office automation and technology companies operating within the United States. Mr. Wooden serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Meladon Group and Meladon Management Partners- Both are leading development and property management companies within the real estate industry. He is also the founder of Change A Life Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides aid to orphans in the sub-Saharan region of Africa. During his near two-decade tenure, being a part of Meladon Group, Mr. Wooden has been involved with development, entitlement, purchasing and/or managing over 3.8 million sq. ft. of commercial assets in the region running from Baltimore/ Washington down to Southeastern FL.
Igor Levine – Development Partner
Mr. Levine has overall responsibility for identifying and underwriting all potential firm development projects, joint venture opportunities as well as acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining MELADON GROUP, Mr. Levine worked at the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Levine received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Columbia University (Magna Cum Laude) and master’s degree MPS in Real State from Georgetown University. Prior to that, Mr. Levine was a professional tennis player.
